What is the problem with the Yamaha Rhino ATV?
With the popularity of ATV’s, the number of accidents occurring has risen over the years and in most instances you can attribute these accidents to driver error and/or dangerous riding, however “in the case of the Yamaha Rhino ATV, these injuries can be directly linked to the manufacturer’s hazardous design defects.” The Yamaha Rhino ATV has an exceptional tendency to roll over during turns, even at low speeds, due to its design defects. Some of these design defects include high center of gravity, small wheels, and Narrow wheelbase / frame. The Yamaha Rhino has also been accused of providing insufficient protection for its drivers and passengers.
