What is the problem with the ringer on the Sprint Treo Pro telephone?
Palm has issued a software issue for Sprint’s version of the Treo Pro. The update addresses a problem with the phone’s registry getting corrupted and incoming call ringers becoming silent. “The root cause of the Treo Pro No Ringer issue is related to a rare corruption of the Treo Pros registry key. This can lead to the smart phone not ringing and causing the user to miss an incoming call.” The update is recommended for Sprint Treo Pro EVDO devices only. Some of the problem with the ringer on the Sprint Treo Pro telephone shachash says that, i have 3100 with ringer problem.when i torn on the phone cant here sound,just littel beep when recieving call no ring but – when i open the gallery menu and brows the sounds i can here the ringer working :confused: how can i fix that??? dorisandpatc on Mar 16, 2009 says, When someone calls me the ringer on the phone does not ring.I do not know how to turn the ringer back on. Also when someone tries to leave me a message the answering machine does not record the message. Instead they get a recording saying the message will be forwarded to an automatic message service, but that never happens either.
