Some Mitac Mio 8380 are shipped with a faulty firmware which can prevent some applications from installing, or cause them to malfunction. You can correct the problem by installing the unlock patch provided by Mitac (available soon) on their Mio website: • Mio 8380 page (in chinese) • Mio 8380 page (in english). • Mio 8380 Unlocking Service (in english, available soon) If you had installed PocketTV before installing this Mio patch, start PocketTV and select Menu > More > Files > File Associations, then click OK. This will correct the PocketTV registry settings.
