What is the probability of AKK -KKS award or settlement going wrong?
Court decisions are always open to appeal or objections and sometimes there is even a refusal to execute the orders of the court, for which people have to approach the court again. That is the consequence of a type of process which is called ‘litigation’. AKK is dealing with another type of process called alternate dispute resolution. In case the parties opt for mediation, the parties will retain the right withdraw from such mediation on the show itself if they cannot arrive at a mutual settlement. The right of filing objections against an Award is also open as per law. However, the application of the principles of natural justice and the law of the land to any settlement or award will make it acceptable in most cases.
