What is the Privacy Policy for EpicMix?
What new information are you collecting about your guests? In the past we primarily scanned our guests’ passes and tickets at base-area lifts. Now RF readers will record our guests’ lift rides at 89 lifts across each of our five mountain resorts. EpicMix will capture information about each user’s chairlift ride to calculate vertical feet skied and days on the mountain. Guests may choose not to activate their EpicMix account if they do not wish to view the information collected, they can choose to activate the account and view the information for themselves only, or they can choose to share the information with their Facebook friends. As with other Vail Resorts products and services, guests must voluntarily “opt in” to receive them. What information is stored on my RF enabled Pass or lift ticket?
