What is the Priority List?
Since Regents Park receives applications from both those that wish to move right away and those that are moving months down the road, we keep all pending applications in “date received” order so that applicants can select apartments at a future date in the same order in which they applied. It is helpful to include apartment size, floor plan preferences, and price range desired when applying so that we can target the type of apartment you are looking for at the time frame you need. Generally, applicants are notified 30 days prior to their scheduled move in date about which apartments are available.
