What is the Priority Allocation of Industrial Resources (PAIR) Task Force?
The PAIR Task Force’s mission is to ensure industrial resources are allocated to DoD procurement programs in accordance with operational priorities in a comprehensive and integrated manner. The purpose of the Task Force is not to resolve Service unique needs. Rather, the Task Force determines industrial resources required to execute emergent plans, identifies any conflicting demands on these resources, and devises alternative approaches to resolving these conflicts based on warfighting requirements established by the Joint Staff.
