What is the Prior Learning Assessment Process?
Prior Learning Assessment Recognition (PLAR) is a methodology employed to assess the value and credit of any prior learning. The JIBC supports the PLAR process in principle. Currently we are defining the process and how it will work within the programs at the Paramedic Academy. The final decision around this process will be announced as soon as it is finalized.
