The Standard plan provides 80% coverage for the first $10,000 in claims incurred in a given policy year, and then covers the member at 100% for up to an additional $240,000. The Preferred plan provides 100% coverage for the first $5,000 in claims incurred in a given policy year, and then covers the member at 80% for up to an additional $245,000.
