What is the price of future service and amendments?
There is no charge for change requests received within the first 12 months from the date completed documents are shipped. Changes requested in month 13 and thereafter will be charged at the current fee schedule. We guarantee our fee to amend the documents will be the lowest possible available. Additional fees may apply. Fee, if any, to be determined when scope of the task is defined, e.g., non-California deeds, amendment in entirety, complete restatement required, etc.
