What is the Prestige 316 Internet Access Sharing Router?
The Prestige 316 is a Broadband Sharing Gateway with 4-Port Switch. It connects your networks to Internet via a cable or ADSL modem. The router has dual Ethernet ports, the LAN port and the WAN port. The LAN port is a 4-port 10/100 Mbps Ethernet Switch and the WAN port is a 10Mbps Ethernet port.We connect the LAN port to your computer’s Ethernet card or a hub. We connect the WAN port of the Prestige to the Ethernet port of the ADSL or cable modem. Virtually all-popular applications over Internet, such as Web, E-Mail, FTP, Telnet, Gopher, are supported. The Prestige 316 is designed for SOHO, branch offices, workgroups, and educational users.
