Since its inception in 2003, the team has raised more than $1.9 million. PMC is the largest known collegiate program in the United States. The Boston Athletic Association provides Tufts with 200 numbers for the race. There is a qualifying run for commitment, not ability, and final decisions for number assignments are made by the coaching staff.
