What is the present employee strength of your organisation and which are the fields they are involved in?
We have around 422 employees in the organisation with around 90 employees in the US and Europe.120 employees are involved in software solutions and projects. Around 110 employees are involved in the dedicated IBM and Informix centres. The rest are involved in activities other than software, including marketing. We expect the total number of employees to more than double and exceed 1000 by Mar. 2001. The average revenue per employee was Rs 9.5 lakh in 1999-2000 and we expect the same to improve by 10-15% during the year. Which are the major projects the company is involved in? We have got a breakthrough project in the finance domain from Kotak Mahindra Finance (KMFL). The project will use the latest object oriented technologies and go through the phases of business analysis, OOD, prototyping and component building.
