There will be athletic trainers on site during all instruction, practices, and games. Should the need arise, there will also be access to the athletic training room, campus health center, EMTs, and local hospitals. With this in mind, please accurately complete the Camper’s Health Form section of the application so the camp staff have important medical information on hand.
