The Preparatory Conference will be held on 16-16 May 2008 at the Fairmount Banff Springs Hotel in Banff Alberta. The main goals of the Preparatory Meeting are to approve the proposed theme and sub-themes of the Conference, prepare a draft of the Final Declaration for the Main Conference, and approve applicants for Observer Status.
