What is the preferred method of registration?
The preferred method of registration is via the online registration form at www.ip3.org/t_registration.htm. However, participants are welcome to register by fax, courier, or by mail. Method of registration should, however, be considered when dealing with time restraints, in which case perspective participants should choose to register online or via fax.
