eVoice Receptionist will send your Voice Message messages to your eVoice Receptionist account mailbox as .wav file attachments. These files can be played using any standard Media Player (such as Windows Media Player). To have your files converted into the MP3 format, please contact Customer Support . For instructions on how to check your messages online, please see FAQ #38 . For instructions on checking your messages via phone, please see FAQ #39 .
