The statewide program collects waste plastic pesticide containers and reduces them into chips to be remanufactured into a number of specific end-use products. • Who may participate in the recycling program? The PPCR Program is open to all categories of licensed pesticide applicators, custom application businesses, and other generators of waste plastic pesticide containers. • How will the containers be recycled? A network of recycling locations has been established across the state. These sites are locationed at chemical dealers or custom pesticide application businesses, and are known as “PPCR Partners”. This network provides individuals the opportunity to recycle their clean, rinsed PPCs at these business locations.
