It begins with the 4th personally sponsored BIZrep and includes the 1st Teams of Every BIZrep in the PowerTeam through infinity. Example: Joyce begins her PowerTeam by personally recruiting her 4th BIZrep, Max. Maxs 1st Team members are Josh, Sarah and Amy who recruit at least 3 BIZreps each (9 total). Those 9 BIZreps each recruit their 1st Teams (9 BIZreps x 3 each = 27 total). All 40 of these BIZreps and ALL additional BIZreps recruited into subsequent 1st Teams are in Joyces PowerTeam (this continues through Infinity).
