What is the Post-Deployment Health Reassessment or PDHRA screening?
The Post-Deployment Health Reassessment, or PDHRA, is part of the Force Health Protection Program and extends the continuum of care for Service members and Civilians deployment-related concerns. The PDHRA provides education, screening, assessment and access to care for a wide variety of questions and concerns that you may have about your health after you return from deployment. The PDHRA is a three-part Program. First, complete the Battlemind II training, then complete the DD Form 2900, and conclude with a one-on-one conversation with a trained health care provider.
