What is the Positive Behaviour Support Policy?

0

The Positive Behaviour Support policy became effective from 1 March 2009 for departmental staff, foster and kinship carers and direct care staff. The policy requires the department and licensed care services to appropriately plan and contribute to the positive behaviour support of each child or young person placed. Further information about evidencing compliance with the Positive Behaviour Support Policy can be found in the Child Safety Service Standards Minimum Evidence Guide available from your Regional CST.
