What is the position with the Title Deeds?
These are expected to be issued over the next few months. We do not know when exactly the Title Deeds will be issued. But we have been told that it will be soon. There has been a delay across Cyprus of 2 years. This is normal for Cyprus. In the meantime any purchaser (including you) is protected by their Lawyer with contract clauses and formal registration and protection at the Land Registry before the Deeds are issued. This is watertight and I have researched it thoroughly. When they are issued you pay about CYP1800. Or they might be issued next week in which I pay !! Depends on when they are issued !! We will settle all outstandings from Aristo on sale so that the purchaser has only new bills to pay for common maintenance.
