What is the position of the Libertarian Party with regards to Iran and other foreign conflicts?
Response: Libertarians believe in a non-interventionist foreign policy. Other nations should be left to decide for themselves how they govern their countries. 4. Why is it healthier for America to avoid being involved in such conflicts? Response: It uses our military for the wrong reasons. We have troops stationed in way too many countries. We could use more troops on our soil defending our country. Certain countries are very resentful of our tendency to want to be the world’s policeman and if we stayed out of their business, their opinion of us would certainly change for the better. 5. Recently our country has been the witness to mundane news about Obama and a fly as well as the stimulus package. The Republicans have been making more comments about being an alternative. Has America gone soft when it comes to politics being tabloid?
