What is the position of equity shares of ICICI Limited?
As per the latest guidelines, with effect from January 4, 1999, ICICI Equity can be traded in BSE and NSE only in electronic form. Later on, when other exchanges are connected to the depository system, transactions therein will also be restricted to electronic form. Thus, ICICI shareholders have to necessarily dematerialise their holding in order to settle their trade in the exchange.
