What is the policy with regards to CD-ROMs?
CD-ROMs cannot be exchanged, nor reimbursed with the exception of defective items when these have been unpacked. Unwrapped CD-ROMs can be returned and exchanged within thirty (30) days after the purchase date. Unpacked items will not be reimbursed, nor exchanged. A defective CD-ROM must be returned within thirty (30) days after its reception and will be replaced by a functional version of the same item. Archambault.ca will forward the correct item and cover the shipping fees and assume the risks. In the case where a defective product is no longer available (out of stock or no longer available), Archambault will replace it with an equivalent product or a newer version of the same item.
