WHAT IS THE POLICY REGARDING GRATUITIES?
Gratuities are paid at the discretion of the guest, based solely on exceptional service. Optional guest gratuities should be added at end of service. Gratuities of 15%-20% are customary, but they are also a matter of personal discretion and should reflect your satisfaction. You may choose to leave gratuities in cash, charge them to your guestroom or credit card. SPA ETIQUETTE The use of cellular phones is prohibited in the Spa. Phones must be switched off prior to entering the Spa. Smoking is also prohibited.
