We have a no smoking, no pets policy within the villa. We are very careful on both these matters. We assure our guests that they will have a clean & hygienic vacation home upon arrival. Accordingly any evidence of guests smoking in the villa or pets being allowed in will result in a charge to the security deposit. However, with the wonderful weather you will generally enjoy this restriction should cause no problem to smokers, simply enjoy the ability to smoke within the pool deck area and enclosure.
