The Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education bans smoking on all 14 state–owned universities including East Stroudsburg University. The ban complies with the state’s smoking law and bans students, employees and visitors from smoking anywhere on campus including outdoors, in courtyards, in parking lots and on athletic fields. Enforcement of laws comes under the Pennsylvania Department of Health. ALCOHOL AND ALL ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED. THIS APPLIES TO ALL INCOMING STUDENTS, ALL PARENTS, AND ALL OTHERS.
