What is the policy on returns or reprints?
All issues MUST be addressed within 21 days. NO returns will be accepted after this period. All artwork produced or received by Mister Magnets must be proofed and approved by the customer prior to print. This is the only way to ensure that what we have received to print for you is correct, so it is important that ALL NAMES, NUMBERS AND SPELLING are checked by the customer before signing off the proof. If there is a genuine mistake by Mister Magnets, we will reprint the job FREE of charge. All mis-prints must be returned to our office within 14 days prior to the goods being reprinted. It is the customer’s responsibility to return all goods. Mister Magnets will supply a reply-paid address. * Colour variation: Mister Magnets cannot guarantee colour accuracy between magnet reorders.
