What is the policy on giving Veterans Preference to applicants who are eligible for the status?
Veterans Preference status is given for Staff positions only. No Veterans Preference status is given for A&P positions. DD-214s for Veterans Preference must be submitted by the position closing date. You may mail a copy of the DD-214 to Human Resources, Attention: Employment Services, 12565 Research Parkway, Suite 360; Orlando, Florida 32826, or you may fax a copy to Employment Services at 407-384-2866.
