A. The policy of GPCB in this regard is as per the provisions contained in “The Recycled Plastics Manufacture and Usage Rules, 1999.”. The most important provisions are: (1) Bags manufactured out of recycled plastics should not be used for packing food articles., (2) No bags with less than 20 microns shall be manufactured.
