What is the policy for the comm channels on Winters Edge?
Some com channels are not locked. This is largely due to the annoyance of having to add every new player who fits the type to their locks. However, if you don’t really have business being on a channel, you shouldn’t be on it. The publicly-open channels include Public, Guests, Questions, Smut!, Politics, and Theme. Other channels should only be used by PCs who fit those criteria (e.g. arcane casters only on Arcane).
