What is the policy for returns, exchanges or disputes?
Subject to their return policy, a Dealer may credit purchases back to the gift card used to make the original purchase. For this reason, it is very important that customers keep the gift card receipt and the gift card even if the balance has reached zero. Funds that are credited back on to the original gift card will be available 3-5 days after the return is processed. If you no longer have the gift card at the time of the return, then your return is subject to the individual dealers policy which may include a store credit, or exchange.
