If payment is made after the 7 day time period, regardless of payment method or notification, there is a small risk you run that your sale may be revoked or your item sold to another customer. We cannot guarantee to hold an item, if payment is not made within the designated time frame. eBay policies regarding entering into a sale transaction are very strict, this is for the both the buyer and seller’s protection. The eBay User Agreement clearly states that as the high bidder or winner of an auction you are expected to honor your bid and are obligated to complete the transaction.
