What is the policy for maltby parish council regarding the passing of notes between public and councilers?
No passing of notes if allowed. If someone is caught passing notes, the passer of the note has to stand in the corner of the council chamber, facing the wall. The intended recipient of the note has to leave the council, never to return. Each family member of both sender and recipient, when in public, are then forced to dress in clothing based on 1970’s patterns, but which have been knitted by blind lepers using very coarse scratchy wool.
