What is the policy for food being served at an event in the Community Center?
Groups have the ability to order food or beverages through the “preferred” caterer (A & S Catering, 313.525.1300), select a caterer of their own choice or carry in food on their own. If the “preferred” caterer is selected, the group will receive a 35% discount on the room rental rate if certain conditions are met. Additional charges apply for outside caterers or food carried in. Please refer to the food policy for further information and policies regarding food service and consumption at the Troy Community Center. The kitchen facility is only available for the “preferred” caterer.
