Ed Hardy Watches that are exchanged or returned must be in NEW CONDITION with all tags and packaging in-tact. We regret that we can not exchange or give refunds for watches that are not in NEW condition. Ed Hardy Watches must be returned within 60 days of purchase. To exchange your watch please carefully package it for mailing and send it to the above address and include the following: 1) Proof of your purchase. A copy of your receipt OR a copy of your on-line payment confirmation is acceptable. 2) A note stating the watch you would like us to send to you as a replacement. 3) Your phone number and email address so that we may contact you if necessary. 4) The name and address to which we should send the replacement item.
