What is the policy for cancellation of a scheduled appointment with Thompson Prometric Testing Centers?
If you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment at Prometric, you must cancel three(3) business days before the appointment. To cancel an appointment, call Thompson Prometric at 800-479-6370 Monday through Saturday. If you do not comply with this cancellation policy, you will be considered a “no-show” and you will need to reregister with ICMA and repay the examination fee. For candidates taking the exam outside the U.S., you must cancel 5 business days prior to the scheduled testing date.
