Make a left onto Franklin St. Proceed to 2nd traffic light and make a left onto Municipal Plaza. Law Enforcement Building is the first building on the left From Garden State Parkway South: Take exit 148 (Bloomfield Ave.) At the end of the exit, stop at the stop sign. Immediately thereafter make a right at first light onto Montgomery St. which turns into onto Municipal Pl. The Law Enforcement Building is on the corner of Franklin St. and Municipal Plaza.
