What is the point of submitting my site to a directory with a low PR?
The PR, or PageRank, of the directory isnt too important. No directories PR is ever the same, it changes frequently. Directories with a PR of 0 or 1 might just be new and, given time, could achieve a much higher PR, so they are all worth submitting to. Another reason to submit to a low PR directory now, is that in the future the PR of the directory could increase substantially; they might then become a paid directory. If you miss your chance to submit for free now, you could miss out on a potential valuable link or end up paying to list with them.
