What is the point of submitting a song to a tender if the industry user is not obliged to make a selection?
It is not like a competition where you enter a song, are in the running to either win or get a place in the competition. A tender comes from an industry user who has a commercial opportunity and is looking for new original music for his/her project. Industry users are able to source new material from many places and Song Central provides them with a new, independent platform where they can potentially source new material from a much wider source of known and unknown talent. You are competing (along with many other songwriters from many sources) to have your song considered and (hopefully) selected for a commercial purpose. Song Central simply gives you an opportunity that you (otherwise) would not : (a) be aware of and (b) be able to have your material considered.
