What is the point of Liverpool Hope University College ?
2.1 Liverpool Hope University College has been opening up access to higher education for 150 years. 2.2 We are a uniquely ecumenical partnership, at once fully Anglican, fully Catholic and fully open to those of all faiths and beliefs. 2.3 Our mission is to educate the whole person in mind, body and spirit. 2.4 This year we have been granted the Freedom of the City of Liverpool in recognition of our service to the community here and a Queen’s Anniversary Award for our Hope One World project with Tibetan refugees in India. Our forthcoming HEQC audit report confirms our record of quality and excellence in the various forms of assessment, audit and inspection. 2.5 Our 4,000 students and 600 staff work in a beautiful campus, Hope Park, at the start of the M62 and in ReachOut centres throughout disadvantaged areas of the city, where we are also trying to establish small satellite campuses to work in partnership with local community groups and businesses to help regenerate urban areas of dep
