What is the point of contact with the sinner that is established by God in Scripture?
$ It is Gods claims upon His creatures (what He requires). $ It is mans rebellion against God (mans sinJn 3:16-21). $ It is the image of God (mans God-given identity as image bearer). $ It is mans inescapable sense of deity (Rom 1:18-23). 1. God makes Himself known to the unbeliever by FIRST setting forth the mans predicament. His habitual breaking of Gods law, his ill-desert, his legal guilt, and his moral failure must be stated.
