What is the Plumas Lake Villages 6 & 8 Homeowners Association?
The homebuilder has formed a Homeowners Association to provide basic front yard maintenance. The services will include mowing, edging, weed control, fertilizing, shrub care and minor sprinkler repair. When you purchase a home at Three Rivers, you automatically become a member of the Association, which will include the hiring of a professional management company. The Board of Directors operates within guidelines of the By-Laws and CC&R’s. The funds to cover these administrative and maintenance costs come from monthly dues paid by homeowners.
