I have been purchasing all of my parts online, and recently bought a new PCM from DC and had ASE install their performance chip, who than shipped it to me. After I installed the new PCM the car wouldn’t start due to I believe, the immobilizer. How do I remedy this problem? The original PCM works, but doesn’t have the factory update’s as my car is a pre-June 2000 released CA model. The idea was to buy an updated PCM, then chip it for better performance.
