What is the plot of the song “Snow” by Red Hot Chili Peppers?

EDIT: Okay almost word for word…this is what Anthony said about the song is that it’s about our repeated failure to start your life a new, and how difficult it can be to get rid of old ways of thinking and old disruptive ideas that we get attatched to. We don’t think that we can go forward with our way of thinking, but once you get rid of all those old ways of thinking you start out with a blank canvas.
