The Player Development League (PDL) is a competitive league among clubs that consistently demonstrate the ability to develop Championship Cup caliber teams, ODP players, and a commitment to appropriate developmental philosophies for youth. The PDL is managed by a committee that includes members from the Coaching Directors Committee and WSYSA District Commissioners. The PDL consists of 21 clubs in Washington State.
