A5. All loading will be from Cuthbert St. All trucks will be contained within the building and walled off with roll-up doors during deliveries. The bays accommodate 65 ft. trucks in the loading dock area with the doors closed. There will be no staging in the street. The site and the delivery schedule will be controlled.
