What is the pilot vendor application?
Vendors who submit offers to USFS I-BPA solicitations posted to FBO currently use Formatta Forms. In an effort to provide a more user-friendly, intuitive vendor solution, the VIPR team has developed a pilot for an interactive, Web-based experience. The pilot will use wizard technology to provide step-by-step instructions to assist vendors in adding their resources into VIPR, finding solicitations that match their resources, submitting quotes on solicitations and amendments, and updating their company and resource information.
