What is the PICU Portal?
The Pediatric Intensive Care Unit Portal is maintained by Christopher Stave, MLS, a librarian at Lane Medical Library, and Deb Updegraff, RN, MSN, a Clinical Nurse Specialist at Lucille Packard Children’s Hospital. The PICU portal is a one-stop collection of high quality online resources and tools oriented towards the PICU clinical staff. One of the functions of the portal is to increase awareness of resources that otherwise might remain hidden and under-utilized. Mission statement Provide a thematically organized, curated list of research and teaching resources. Facilitate learning through selected high quality tutorials and reference resources.
